• Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5).

Information from third parties:

• We currently do not purchase or receive personal information from third-party data brokers.
• If you sign in via a third-party authentication provider in the future, we receive the information that provider shares with us per their terms.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service.
• Process your uploads and produce analytical outputs.
• Manage your account, send service-related communications, and respond to your inquiries.
• Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve the methodology and product.

We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties.

We may use aggregated and de-identified data — including patterns derived from uploaded card photos and comp data — to improve the analytical methodology, train internal models, or share insights publicly. Aggregated and de-identified data does not personally identify you.

• Service providers: We use third-party providers (hosting, database, email, analytics, AI infrastructure) to operate the Service. These providers process information on our behalf under contractual obligations to protect it.

• Business transfers: If True Value Protocol LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. You will be notified before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.
